- Become mindful and intentional. People who have more self-love tend to know what they think, feel, and want. Ways to become mindful and intentional are gratitude journaling, meditation, and goal-setting!
- Set energetic boundaries and protect your "YES"es. This means only saying yes to things that fill your cup and are helping you reach the goals you set for yourself.
- Have grace with your human experience and forgive yourself! Remember, you are only human, you will make mistakes, so have grace with your human experience.
