How To Make Iced Coconut Water Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • ½ cup coffee concentrate**
  • Ice

** Make your own coffee concentrate by taking 1 cup of coarsely ground coffee beans and 4 cups of water. Place in a jar and refrigerate for 12 hours. Use a strainer and a cheesecloth and pour coffee liquid through to remove grounds. Now you have coffee concentrate!

Instructions: Pour all ingredients into a glass and stir until well mixed. Add more coconut water and coffee concentrate until you reach your prefered taste

To customize this thirst quenching beverage, you can:

  • Sweeten with liquid stevia or raw honey
  • Stir in your favorite non-dairy milk, such as coconut milk
  • Add a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg for extra flavor
