Turmeric Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients:
- 1 Daily Turmeric capsule, opened and powder removed
- 1 sweet potato
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- Sea salt & black pepper (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.2. Cut the sweet potato into thin strips to form fries.
3. Mix together the melted coconut oil, cinnamon and turmeric in a large bowl and then toss the sweet potato fries in this mixture until evenly coated.
4. Arrange the fries evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Flip the fries and bake another 10 minutes.
- For extra crispness, turn on the broiler and bake another 1-2 minutes. Keep your eye on them so that they don’t burn!
