Nothing like waking up to warm, freshly fried pancakes in the morning. Want to know what’s even better? Waking up to warm pancakes that are packed with antioxidants, micronutrients, remedying protein and vitamins and minerals!
Don’t worry, they still taste delicious. In fact, we prefer these plant-protein based pancakes over the standard wheat pancakes! You’ll have to tell us what you think.
Organifi Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Complete Protein
- 4 egg whites
- 1 tsp Organifi Green Juice
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp dairy-free dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
1. Pour egg whites into blender.
2. Add Complete Protein and Organifi Green Juice.
3. Blend for 30 seconds.
4. Heat a pan on low.
5. Add coconut oil onto pan until liquid.
6. Pour the batter into the pan, as you would normal pancakes.
7. Add a few chocolate chips (optional).
8. Flip after 15-30 seconds.
9. Repeat until batter is all cooked.
10. Serve and enjoy!

Been using red & green & protein for 3 months. I’m 74 & have MS but I’m feeling great and so much energy. Now trying to get my husband on Green in the morning. Thank you
