How To Make Mint Chocolate “Chips”
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce dark chocolate, at least 70% cacao
- 1 tsp melted coconut oil
- 20 fresh mint leaves
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together.2. Lay the fresh mint leaves out on wax paper.
- Use a pastry brush to apply the melted chocolate on the leaves (or dip them if you find that easier!)
Storage: Place in a lidded container and keep in the refrigerator. Simply take out a few at a time to eat when desired!
