This tea also includes other powerful ingredients. Ginger is another potent anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, anti-fungal and antibiotic root that’s very remedying for your body. Cinnamon and honey are two of nature’s best antibiotics, they are also anti-fungal and anti-virals that fight all the bugs that can make you sick. Lemon is filled with vitamin C, boosting your immune system and is also highly alkaline; disease cannot survive in an alkaline environment.
Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Tea
Ingredients:
- 5 - 6 cups of water
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 tsp of turmeric powder
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- Juice of 1 - 2 lemon (depending on your taste)
- Organic raw honey
Instructions:
1. Boil your water in a pot.
2. Peel the ginger and slice it into small chunks or circles.
3. Once your water is boiling, add your ginger, turmeric and cinnamon.
4. Leave it for 10 - 15 minutes.
5. Add the lemon juice.
6. Serve it hot and add ½ - 1 tbsp of organic raw honey to each cup.
For the best benefits, drink a cup a day.
