How To Make Vanilla Mint Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

Vanilla Layer

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Mint Layer

  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 ½ cups fresh spinach
  • 15 fresh mint leaves
  • ½ cup coconut milk


Instructions:

1. In a blender, add all of the vanilla layer ingredients and process until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass.
2. Wash out the blender and then add all of the mint layer ingredients. Process until well mixed.
  • Pour into glass.

Garnish with a fresh mint leaves and enjoy!
